Matsu no Jyaku
Named and designed based on the winter scenery of snow piling on evergreen leaves of pine trees (matsu).
Prepared similarly to our summer confection Gosho Himuro, but the lower half is flavored with matcha green tea.
The result is a harmony between sweet fondant and bitter matcha in a crunchy confection.
Best-before date: 2 weeks
