TSURU Ryōryō
This confection is based on "kuzu kiri" which is kanten (seaweed jelly) cut into noodle shape, dipped into sweet sauce such as sugar syrup before eating. Our take on this confection is encased inside the jellified citrus sauce, so all you need to do is put it into a bowl, and eat with a chopstick or fork. Available in three flavors: yuzu, mandarin, and lemon. Best served cold.
