TSURU Ryōryō

This confection is based on kuzu kiri which are kanten (seaweed jelly) cut into noodle shape and eaten by dipping it into sweet sauce such as sugar syrup. Our version is encased inside the jelly sauce, so you only need to put them into a bowl and eat with a chopstick or fork. Available in three flavors: yuzu, mandarin, and akashiso (red perilla). Best served cold.
