Gosho Himuro
Like with Minazuki, Gosho Himuro was designed based on the Kyoto Imperial Court (Gosho) tradition to consume shaved ice as a form of prayer for good health during Japan’s infamously hot summer.
Fondant-infused jelly is filled with red beans, cut into triangular shapes (like ice blocks), and then dried. Overall crunchy on the outside and inside.
Contains alcohol.
